I captain a mens football team in my local league. Because of the way the team is set up the captain is incharge of all tactical decisions and substituions.
I am only 17 so a little inexperienced in tactical decisions.
The next team we are playing play a very high defensive line, nearly on the half way line, and i was wondering if there where any specific tactics i could use to play this to my advantage.

The team plays best using a 3-5-2 with 1 CAM 1 CDM and 2 wingers. Our keeper is a poor kicker so any attacks straight from the goal kick isnt very practical. We can be a good passing team when the ball is along the floor and we have a very fast young striker who can get onto the end of most things.

I like things to go down the right wing so we can get a cross into the box as our left winger (me) isnt left footed but scores most of our goals.

Any help would be apperciated.
